Microsoft recently released Windows Server Insider Build 17623, which was announced in this article. This build offers previews of some new functionality that was previously unavailable to Windows Server admins.
New functionality includes:
The cmdlets you need to deploy it. A new cloud scale-out technology called Cluster Sets’ that increases cluster node counts in a single SDDC(Software-Defined Data Center). The cmdlets required to deploy it. Windows Server Failover Clusters no more use NTLM authentication. Instead, they use Kerberos and certificate-based authentication.

These are some issues that you should be aware of when you start your new build.
In-place OS upgrade: Domain Controllers. Active Directory (AD), Domain Controllers (DC), might not be properly upgraded during an in-place OS update. Backup any AD DCs before performing an upgrade to the in-place OS.
