China won?t announce new policies to cool the real estate industry at next month?s annual legislative meetings as it focuses on boosting consumption and improving people?s livelihood, CLSA Ltd. said.

The annual legislative meetings of the National People?s Congress, and the Chinese People?s Political Consultative Conference National Committee will start March 5 and March 3, according to CLSA. The CPPCC advises the NPC, the legislature.

?This year the government will likely deliver a positive message to the market despite tightening efforts,? the analysts wrote.
