PMP Certification refers specifically to the certification of project managers.
The Project Management Institute (PMI), in the United States, initiated it to assess the knowledge and skills that project managers have with high-quality certification exams. It is intended to establish a standard industry standard for project managers. The American Project Management Association currently offers two certification exams: the PMP (Project Manager) exam and the CAPM (Project Management Assistant exam). There are more than 190 countries and regions that have established certification and examination institutions.
PMI China and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs now have ACP (AGILE Agile Certification), PGMP (Program Management Certification), while PBA (Business Analyst), is expected to be implemented by the end of 2016.
Many people who are majoring in management or have been working in management may consider applying for the PMP exam in this era of intense competition. The final PMP exam fees are dependent on the individual’s financial situation and how they are preparing for it. The cost of the PMP exam can be reduced depending on your personal situation. Candidates must have at least 35 hours of PMBOK project management training or learning experience and copies of any certificates. Learning project management is more than a matter of mastering and understanding. My view is that project management knowledge comes from a high-level summary and analysis of the actual work process, as well as lessons learned and other norms. It is found in the many different types of project work. The promotion of project management knowledge in China is extensive and in-depth. More people are realizing the importance of project management and taking the International Qualification Certification (PMP exam) one after the other.
PMI (Project Management Institute of America), a global certification system for project managers, has launched PMP certification. Project Management Professionals (or Project Management Professionals) who have passed this certification are known as “PMP”. PMP is a project manager with extensive and scientific knowledge. It must have at least three years’ experience in project management. The PMI has approved the PMP’s knowledge and experience. It is an international standard that combines project management skills with high-level project management abilities. It is widely accepted that the PMP preparation guide can be divided into four stages.
The First Stage
Combine the sixth edition PMPBOK with the electronic version integrated mind map. Find the corresponding position on your textbook and mark it.
The Second Stage
The schedule shows that the entire set of courseware will take 2 months. Video courseware + weekly homework will be submitted on time and will be studied in conjunction with the PMP chapter questions bank to consolidate basic knowledge.
(1) Project operating environment, basic concepts and project manager role. (2) Chapter 4-13 provides a guide to the project manager knowledge system, which includes ten knowledge areas. (3) It is recommended that you take notes in your own style (not only mind maps, handwritten notes and test preparation diaries). (4) A mock test, a self assessment for the second stage, and discover the weaknesses.
The Third Phase
The self-test has concluded that there are no deficiencies in the second stage. Now, the stage of brushing up the questions officially begins.
1. The chapter practice striving rate is more than 70%
2. The spe.
