1. Why take the PMP test.
As I was preparing my career plans for the future, I discovered that project management is a valuable skill to learn. In other words, while projects are an important and normal part of my career, individuals don’t have a systematic study of managing them. They rely more on their own exploration and experience accumulation and lack high-quality methodological precipitation. This means that there is reality, but there isn’t enough theory or practice to develop individual knowledge trees. After examining the requirements for some of my favorite positions, I found that the PMP certificate was popular, so I decided to take the PMP exam.
Notice: PMP Certification refers only to the qualification of project management professionals. It was initiated by Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI also initiated CAPM (Assistant project management) in addition to PMP. PMI China and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs launched ACP (AGILE Agile Certification), PGMP (Program Management Certification), and PBA (Business Analyst).
2. How to make a study plan?
First, confirm the test time. Next, combine the textbook and course content to confirm the key points for the next learning plan. Finally, create a personal learning plan based on the objective time node. You should aim to complete the content self-study before each class. Be sure to allow for flexibility of 3-5 days.
3. Sharing Learning Methods
1. Do your self-study before class. Be aware of it. To keep the pace of the teacher during class, you must complete your self-study and correspond with the PMBOK chapter.
If you have the time, self-study can be done before class to help you make a mind map of the content. Next, correspond to the mindmap explained by the teacher in class. Finally, test your own methods and content to improve and adjust your self-study. Pay attention to the teacher’s instructions and follow his lead. The class’s purpose is to help you consolidate and sort out the PMP knowledge system. This is very important.
