It’s great to be able to see the status of all your projects without having to go through a lot of reports. We think TeamGantt’s Project Health Report will be a great tool for you.
The Project Health Report is a quick snapshot of all active projects you manage and saves you time.
The Project Health Report will allow you to:
Rapidly identify and address problem areas as the work progresses
It can be shared on screen during meetings to keep your team and other stakeholders informed
Let’s take a closer view.
How the Project Health Report works
First, you need to know where to find your Project Health Report.
Users with the Account Holder permission level can access the Project Health Report. Click Reports in the left sidebar menu to access it. Select Project Health from the list of available reports and you’re done!
Let’s now look at the parts and pieces of the report. Here are the details for each project on the Project Health Report.
Completed in %
Below each project name, you’ll see a percentage. This percentage represents the total project completion. It lets you know how close each project has come to completion.
Health status
Each project is broken down into three different health status levels: OK, Behind, or Overdue. To view a list of tasks for each level, click on the colored dots.
Here are the meanings of each health status:
Ok, give these tasks a big pat on the back! These tasks have been given the green light. They are either on time or ahead of schedule.
Behind: If you are behind schedule, you’ll see a yellow warning light. You still have time to meet the deadline but you will need to rally to finish it.
Red tasks are late and must be completed by the deadline. This will prevent any problems from affecting the project.
Project timeline
The timeline feature gives you a quick overview of the project’s scope and start and finish dates. A visual indicator will show you where you are today in terms of work completed and time remaining until deadline. To see a list with tasks that fit into this health status category, click on the colored section.
