Trait 1:
Proactive Work Ethics
Being a figure of authority can be exhausting. It is highly probable that the person interviewing will feel this way every day.
Use examples of times when you took control and ensured everything was done on time. You will not be another person they need to keep an eye on. Demonstrate that you are able to solve problems and value time.
This will make you stand out as a candidate and makes you more valuable.
