Today I will focus on the central method to increase the pass rate for the PMP exam. To put it another way, I will outline the key points to improve the pass rate of the PMP certification exam.
First, choose a great leader-teacher
It is said that you have obtained the PMP Certification yourself. This is fine with me. The selection of teachers is not to recommend institutions. Instead, everyone should understand the purpose of textual research.
Three types of people must choose the right teachers:
1. Transferring from technology to management is what is required for job transfer.
You want to learn management thinking, so why do you need to get this certificate during the transfer? This will allow you to not only obtain evidence but also to learn, master, and even to use it. You are ready for promotion at work or job-hopping.
People who apply for this certificate may be looking to change jobs or get promoted with the certificate. The certificate is not a screening tool. Interviews and internal assessments are based only on your true knowledge. People who don’t have PMP project management knowledge will find it difficult to change or promote their jobs.
3. To enhance personal ability. This must be learned.
Because it is to improve personal capability, it is time for me to feel that I lack ability or the period of professional confusion. It is impossible to consider the knowledge gained as improvement if it isn’t used. These three types of people are needed to be able to use project management or have experience in large-scale operations or projects management.
You only get the textbooks. You didn’t receive anything other than a certificate. You felt like you wasted time and money.
Also, pay attention to the Learning Plan for PMP Exam
PMP Certification refers specifically to the certification of project managers.
The Project Management Institute (PMI), in the United States, initiated it to assess the knowledge and skills that project managers have with high-quality certification exams. Its purpose is provide a standard industry standard for project managers. The American Project Management Association currently offers two certification exams: the PMP (Project Manager) exam and the CAPM (Project Management Assistant exam). There are more than 190 countries and regions that have established certification and examination institutions. While it is helpful to learn from your teacher, you must also create your own plan. Do your best at summarizing and reflecting and then form a learning process. Read the book, do the questions again, summarize the mistakes and write a summary. Filter your blind spots and return to literacy-review before taking the exam.
Three: Master the Difficult Sections of PMP Exam
It is well-known that the key chapters of the PMP Exam are divided. The PMP test is a multiple-choice question test. However, it can be divided into 6 different types of questions:
