Project Management Professional – PMP
PMP stands for Project Management Professionals. Project management refers to the management of “things”, such as scope, plan, communication cost, risk, communication, cost, and risk. The process cross matrix is composed of ten knowledge domains and five processes groups.
You now have the sixth edition PMBOK, which can be quite thick. It can make people feel more sad and excited. More content equals more knowledge and more difficult learning.
You will be fortunate if you look at it objectively. This knowledge is mature, which means it is correct. However, I recommend that anyone who is interested in it read it multiple times and make sure to understand it fully. It’s not difficult. It’s a book that is similar to “Chinese Dictionary”. It also supports modular packaging and decoupling. Although there are not many specific processes for project management, there are more knowledge points. Knowledge points cannot be processed so people must sort them out. Different people can create (or modify) their own “methodology” according their environment. Two conditions are required: knowledge absorption and an organizational environment that can use it.
Modern career fields require the PMP exam. The method is important if you want to make time to study the PMP in a busy working environment. What are the most important contents of the PMP exam to learn? What are the learning content of PMP?
The Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide, (PMBOK) is the only official textbook for the PMP examination. It explains the knowledge of managing projects. There are many processes that make up projects. These can be divided into two categories. The first is the project management process, which involves project organization and management. The second is the process that involves the product. This includes the specific product generation. These two types are combined to complete project activities.
What are the benefits of learning the PMP exam?
1. Direct harvest: The PMP certificate, issued by the PMI, contains a lot of gold at present. The passing rate for the examination in China is around 90%, but it’s extremely difficult in the United States.
2. Practical application: Large projects that are not software development are more suitable than traditional large projects. Smaller projects, however, are more flexible.
Other benefits: Increase your ability to think in a systematic way and “do things”. You will be able to think more deeply, macroscopically, and highly about any problem.
ACP:Agile Certified Practitioner
It is more appropriate to use the agile management level for project management. They are widely used in software development. Agile management, as its name implies, is about flexibility. This is completely different from the PMP principles. Agile is not a fixed process. Agile teams are a “biological” organisation that focuses on quick delivery of value to customers. It can choose to ignore the middle process and make adjustments as needed. Agile method will likely produce a software product as its final product.
You will gain the following:
PMI should improve the 1.ACP certificate with a higher gold content and a background of information age. It is also affected by geographic location.
2. Practical application: This is a great resource for software developers. It gives you new ideas and methods that will help you get the job done, and it can also boost your company’s vitality.
Three other benefits: You now know where the PMP methodology is not appropriate.
