Google China launched search treasure box function

This service was firstly launched in Google worldwide, but treasure box product targets China market.
  
It is reported that when Google users search for keywords, the “Search Treasure Box” text notification will appear in the upper left corner of the search page. If you click the box, the search forms such as video, forums, time frame, view, time tunnel will appear on the left.

Google worldwide added a new search function on May 13, which was designed to help users to optimize the search results, allowing users to filter search results by a variety of criteria, such as the timing of information release and so on, but “Treasure Box” launched today on Google China is the function aimed at China.

In terms of this, Marissa Mayer, vice president of Google said: “These new features opened up new ways to search. It is unprecedented.”

Google constantly improve the search function aimning to maintain its search market leading position. Research institution-comScore’s data showed that in April this year, Google’s share in search market in the United States was 64.2%.
